Flock Party Anniversary Pale Ale Arrives This Saturday From Black Raven

A little bird told me that it’s almost that time again.  In just over a month, Black Raven Brewing Company (CBM Sponsor) is set to celebrate their 7th anniversary with their annual Flock Party on Saturday, May 7th.

Even though the Flock Party itself is still over a month away however, that doesn’t mean you can’t start celebrating early.  Arriving this coming Saturday, April 9th is Black Raven’s Flock Party Anniversary Pale Ale, brewed with Mandarin oranges, tangerines, fruit peel and acacia wood.

Here is some more information about this beer from Black Raven Brewing Company:

Strong Pale Ale? Sure. Use some wheat, rye, and oats? Love that. Hop with Summit, Palisade and Super Galena but keep the bitterness low? Aroma-tastic. Add copious amounts of Mandarins, Oranges and Tangerines on the hot side of the brew? Here we go. Recirculate through Acacia wood and Dekapon mandarin peels over two days post-fermentation? Now it’s a Black Raven beer, whatever it takes to cram this much sunshine into a beer. How does it taste? The wheat, rye and oats add a complex mouthfeel to balance strong citrus pith bitter notes. Huge mandarin and orange flavor cascade throughout and play with the hops from first sniff to finish. Sharp and clean.
Taproom draft and 22oz bottles to go
$6.99 + tax
1 case limit per person, per day

Kick off the celebration a month early and start enjoying Flock Party Anniversary Pale Ale this Saturday at the Raven’s Nest.  As noted above, Flock Party will be available on draft and to go in 22 oz bottles for $6.99 + tax.  Also, be sure to mark your calendar now for May 7th and the actual Flock Party itself.  There ain’t no party like a Flock Party.  Just ask Kraven T. Raven.

Drink responsibly and stay safe out there.
