Black Raven Hosts A Trickster Can Release Party

TricksterCans1

You’ve heard the news, right?  In just a few days, Black Raven Brewing Company (CBM Sponsor) will be releasing their popular Trickster IPA in cans for the first time.  I also believe this is the first time Black Raven has canned any of their beers.  To mark this momentous occasion, they’re hosting a release party on Trickster‘s can release date of this Saturday, March 26th.

Cans have really made a big comeback in the past few years, especially for outdoor enthusiasts who are also craft beer fans, since cans are far easier to carry along – and carry back out when empty.  As Black Raven puts it: “Each 12oz can contains the hoppy, restorative goodness you deserve after a full day of exploring the Washington wilderness and crushes down easily to be recycled when you get home. It’s the perfect companion for the golf course, floating the river, summer barbecues, long walks on the beach, and easily fits between the leftovers in the fridge.

Here is some more information about the release party from Black Raven Brewing Company:

Be a part of Northwest craft beer history!
Be among the first to buy Trickster IPA in six-pack cans.

Black Raven Brewing Company will unleash Trickster 12oz cans at its taproom on Saturday March 26th at Noon. Customers will have the opportunity to be among the first to take a six-pack home. Six-packs will be available at select retailers across Puget Sound beginning Monday, March 28th.

Normal taproom hours Noon – 10PM

Live music from 7 – 9PM
Alan Rowdy
Human Ladder

Food trucks
Das Brat Wagen (Noon – 4PM)
Cathouse Pizza (4 – 8PM)

An inaugural can release, Black Raven’s usually great taproom lineup, live music from two different bands and two food trucks?  That doesn’t sound like a half bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon/evening.  It would also be the perfect stop, if you’re on your way back from Foggy Noggin’s 6th Anniversary celebration earlier in the day.

As noted above, Trickster IPA will also be available in cans at your local bottle shop and other craft beer retailers starting on Monday, March 28th.  So if you can’t make it to the release party, you’ll still be able to get your hands on some soon.

Drink responsibly and stay safe out there.
